But what is truth? More specifically, how does the postmodern claim to truth impact orthodox Christian beliefs? In order to understand the issues, let alone answer the questions, we need to investigate the theory of truth or epistemology Therefore, the main thrust of this thesis is the survey of contemporary epistemology, and in particular, the critique of postmodern epistemology.
